Overview:

Udon Thani, located in Thailand’s northeastern Isan region is a prime business center, particularly as a result of its proximity to Vientiane, the capital of Lao P.D.R. Udon Thani is probably best known for its archaeological wonders, paramount among them the hamlet of Ban Chiang where the world's first Bronze Age civilization is believed to have flourished more than 5,000 years ago. Geographically, the province is located on a plateau which is approximately 187 meters above sea level. Most of the area is covered with rice fields, forests, and hills; the Phu Pan mountain range and the Songkhram River are the provinces two primary natural attractions.The inhabitants of Udon Thani are mainly engaged in agricultural activities, and the capital city is a major agricultural market center for its neighboring provinces. Udon Thani is a large province that serves as a center of transportation, trade, and tourism in the Northeast of Thailand. The province is a land of forest temples and a gateway to Laos. Udon Thani also possesses an archaeological site that is evidence of one of the world’s most ancient bronze-age civilizations. It is a province blessed with natural tourist attractions and is well known for its Khit-style textiles.

Description:

Day 1 Trail to Nakha Fabric Market-Kamchanod-World Heritage Bann Chiang-Cultural Center

Morning Time: Meet and greet at Udonthani International Airport; Then bring a group to visit Nakha Fabric Market where we can look for a famous Cotton weaves, Silk weaves. Next continue Bann Dung District to visit Kamchanod Wangnakin, a sacred Buddhist and Nāga temple; praying respect Holly Chaopoo Srisutthothana and visit Baan Dung Salt Field.
Lunch will be serving in I-san Style (Northeastern Style) from Thaipuan Women Group association
After lunch, we will visit Baan Chiang National Museum, where the place maintain the Potteries and Utilities of 5000 years ago human under the registration of UNESCO of the 4th Wold Heritage in Culture of Thailand in the year of 1992 A.D.
Next, we will visit Thaipuan village and learn how to do the potteries and fabric weaving then return to Udonthani city to visit Thai and Chinese Cultural Center and have dinner as Thai food buffet at Wine Society and then visit UD Town Trading Center and return to the President Hotel or other hotel with the same standard.

Day 2 The Trail to Phuprabat Wat Pa PHUKON-Baan Kiriwongkot

Morning; Visit Prathat Praputtabat Buabok, visit replica of Buddha’s Footprint then continue to Phuprabat Historical Park and visit the beauty of erosive nature. Continue to Wat Pa Phukon at Nayung district where the place surrounding with the beautiful landscape; and we get a chance of paying worship to the 20 meters Reclining Marble Buddha Image named Praputthasaiyas Loganatsasada Mahamuni.  Then visit Prapatomrattanaboorapamahachedi and pay worship to the Statue of Meditation Master Monk of Vipassana. Next we can enjoy using a sling shot shoot out plant seeds into the nature and let it grow naturally.
Have lunch at the Canteen of Wat Paphukon, after lunch we will continue to Baan kiriwongkot at Nayung district to enjoy ridding the Prounding CarriageVihicle, we can enjoy the adventure along the rice field and nature. Next driving back to Udonthani city and out for dinner at Local Eastern Style food at Krua Khunnid Restaurant.

Day 3 The Trail to Nong Kai-Vientien Laos-Trade Meet-Bai sri

Morning; We will drive to Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge, after finish a custom checked, we will meet our Laos Guide who will taking care our group. Travelling to Vientien visit Wat Sri Muang and the Monument of the Chao Srisawangwong, the last King of Laos Dynasty. Next we will visit the Hall of Emerald Buddha Image. We will make a stop for lunch at Mae Khong Restaurant
Afternoon trip, we will visit Prathat Luang Vientien Pagoda and the pagoda also housed the relic of the Lord Buddha. Then we will visit Pratu Chai or Victory Gate, the most important place of Laos History. On the returning back we have time to shop for duty free products as well. Returning back to Udonthani and going out for dinner at Rabieng Patcharee Restaurant near Nong Prachak (Giant Pond in the Middle of the City) / Free and leisure after that

Day 4 Giving Alms Bowl at Wat Pa Baan That-City Tour-Transfer Out

Morning; We will arms bowl to the monks at Wat Pa Baan That and visit the inside temple afterwards. Making a break for breakfast then visit Hojimin Historical Museum and have lunch at VT Naem Nueng (Vietnamese Food). After lunch we will visit the city pillar stone at Wat Bothi Somporn then transfer to Udonthani International Airport
